Opt out of the disclosures that involve automated technologies

Global Privacy Control (GPC):

Opt out of other disclosures that do not involve automated technologies

Authorized agents & verification
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out on your behalf. We will require (i) proof of agent authorization, and (ii) sufficient information to verify your identity directly, as permitted by law. If we cannot verify a request, we will explain why and how to remedy it.

Minors
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. If we learn that we have inadvertently engaged in such activity, we will cease and honor applicable opt-in/opt-out rights without delay. Parents or guardians may contact us to exercise rights on behalf of their child.

Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights (e.g., by denying goods or services, charging different prices, or providing a different level or quality of services), except as permitted by law for bona fide loyalty programs or financial incentives that are reasonably related to the value of your data.

Appeals process
If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision notice or contacting legal@slip.com. We will respond in writing within a commercially reasonable period and within the timelines required by your state law (typically 45 days, extendable as permitted). If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Nevada residents
Nevada law allows consumers to opt out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties. To exercise this right, email legal@slip.com with "Nevada Do Not Sell" in the subject line.
