ORDER PROCESSING

Sales taxes will be calculated at checkout where applicable. 

We typically ship your order within 24 hours. Where possible, we try to ship the same day. During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that). Overnight shipments receive priority processing. Order status will be emailed to you when your order ships.

SHIPPING - USA

*ORDERS OVER $70 TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES SHIP FOR FREE. 

All orders are shipped from our distribution center in California. For standard delivery (FedEx Express Saver) please allow 1-2 business days for West Coast deliveries and 2-4 business days for deliveries to the East Coast (includes warehouse order processing). Orders over $70 ship for free.

Options are available at checkout for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. 

If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority shipping. 

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

* ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIP BY DHL EXPRESS & FEDEX.

International express courier takes 3-5 business days for most regions.
Shipping rates depend on your region and can be reviewed at checkout before placing your order.

Payment of additional duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address.

Please note: Travel Sets, Wellness Products and Face Coverings only ship within the Continental USA at this time. 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If you order a pre-ordered item in the same transaction as other slip products, your order will ship in full once the pre-ordered item is in stock. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate split shipments at this time.
